  • Centennial League Gold medal 1st Place: Javelin 91-92, 92-93, 93-94 (meet record: 212 feet 8 inches)
  • Centennial League Gold medal 1st Place: Discus 92-93, and silver in 93-94
  • District XI Gold Medal Champion – Javelin 91-92, 92-93, 93-94 (meet record: 216 feet)
  • District XI Silver Medal Discus: 92-93
  • PIAA State Track Meet 1992 (8th place 178’8″)
  • PIAA State Track Meet 1993 (3rd Place Bronze Medal – 206’5″)
  • PIAA State Track Meet 1994 (State Champion Gold Medal 211’5″)
  • Penn Relays – 1st Place at the 100th Running Anniversary Scholastic Division, 203 feet 11 inches in rain that postponed every other event except Javelin; two other throws 202 and 203

    Missed Olympic Trials in Altanta, GA by 8 inches
  • 1996 – Selected by Olympic Development Program to train in Chula Vista, Calif at the Olympic Training Center by Team USA
  • 1997 – Finished 2nd in Big 10 Championships
    1997 – Finished 7th at NCAA National Championships and was the 2nd Place American (One of three All-Americans on the PSU Track and Field Team)
  • On 3rd throw at the Championships I suffered a career ending elbow injury. It required replacement of the Ulnar Collateral Ligament and repair to the Ulnar nerve.
  • 1997 – Placed 10th at the USA Track and Field Championships

  • 2002 – RE MAX WORLD LONG DRIVE CHAMPION (384 Yards – Mesquite, Nevada)
  • 2003 – LDA Tour Championship Winner (Dallas, TX)
  • 2004 – RE MAX WORLD LONG DRIVE CHAMPIONSHIPS – Finished 2nd Place
  • 2004 – LDA Tour winner in Long Island, NY
  • 2004 – Winner of Players Tour Cup in St. Louis
  • 2007- REMAX WORLD LONG DRIVE CHAMPIONSHIP – 5th Place
  • Won the Chicago Tour Event with Nascar Driver JJ Yeley by my side
  • Team Captain of the USA Long Drive Team that defeated Canada in Toronto, Canada for the Midland Cup
  • 2009 – Won the Dallas LDA Tour Event at 397 Yards on Final Ball
  • 2009 – Finished 8th at REMAX WORLD LONG DRIVE CHAMPIONSHIP
  • Ranked #1 in the World for most of 2004 and 2005. Ranked Top 5 or better in the World since winning the World Championship in 2002 to 2010.
  • 2011 – ReMax World Long Drive Champion – Longest hit in Finals history of 462 Yards!
  • 2011 – Ranked Number 1 on LDA Tour leading Money List since 2002
  • Longest Drive in Competition – 462 yards
  • Longest Drive on a Golf Course – 542 yards
